Owner of Ramerino Italian Prime, Sammy V brings his 20-year restaurant experience to the heart of Midtown. Sammy has been a staple in the NYC restaurant scene with his Antica Restaurant located on Stone Street and San Marino Soho Ristorante. Ramerino Tuscan native Executive Chef Vilfredo Hodai is bringing his expertise in prime-cut meat, hand-made pasta and farm-fresh vegetables prepared in the classic fashion of Italian cuisine. At Ramerino Italian Prime you can enjoy indoor/outdoor seating, table side prepared entrees and their large wine selection that are representative of fine selections around the globe. With a focus on traditional hospitality that emphasizes the diner’s experience above all. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are offered.
